it’s been a while and we’ve been quite quiet around here, which doesn’t mean that we have been lazy. we’ve been busy with lots of things, inter alia working on our first release, due to come out sooner than you think.
we start our own party night at club bonsoir called radio time. first date is going to be the 23th of march with jacques renault.
but now it’s all about getting attention to the rbma application phase. there’s a whole weekend going on in zürich, an opportunity to show you how a day at the academy might look like.
we start tomorrow with the alumni night, it’s us heating up for our friends sassy j and skymark, who both have been participants at the rbma edition 2006 in melbourne (which is going to remind me again how awesome it was).
on friday there’s co-founder of daptone records + one of new york’s leading figures in the deep funk scene, mister neal sugarman lecturing. afterparty with nobody else than pete rock.
saturday is lecture day pt. 2 with pete rock and hyperdub label head + sonic warfare expert steve goodman aka. kode 9, followed up by kode 9 playing alongside bass heavy radioman benji b. bass heavy means that there are some extra subs ordered to boom your heart.
you better download your application form now in order to clarify your latest questions…

The mysterious duo Larry Tiger & David Woods don’t care about their identities. It’s all about the music, that’s why they don’t tell us who they are. If you see them live on stage, you just feel the massive amount of energy they’re spreading from underneath their caps.

After the first vinyl-only releases on their own Editainment imprint, they released the debut full lenght Through The Green LP on Gerd Janson’s Running Back Label.
On Friday, 16th of December, they’re going to visit us at Berne’s Club Bonsoir for one of the so much talked about live sets.
I’m psyched…
